I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel, especially considering it was my last choice after other options were fully booked. The exceptional customer service made our time there special. The location is quite convenient for visiting Hershey attractions, although the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The room was comfortable but had some cleanliness issues that could use attention.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to Hershey Park and the AACA Museum, but my experience was marred by issues with a discount I couldn't redeem.
